1) Feeding system:
This system is including hopper,conveying pipe (auger inside),pan feeder,feed sensor and driving motor, suspensiog lifting system,motor system.
Vice hopper volum: 115 L /200L, material: hot-dip galvanized sheet
material thickness: 1mm
Co nveying pipe & Auger:
Feeding pipe material: hot dip galvanize steel pipe (275g zinc coating)
Conveying pipe: 3m with 3 pans or 4 pans
Dia.: 45mm, 1.2mm thickness
Auger: imported from South Africa
Feeding ability: 450kg/h
The function of delivery system is to transmit the feed outside shed to the hopper of feeding system inside, control system indicates delivery system to work automatically.
2) Drinking system
The nipple drinking system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the good growth of poultry. At the same time, it's usage can improve the feeding environment, reduce food waste and lower the labor intensity. So the nipple drinking system has become the most integral aspect of modern standard poultry feeding.

3)Material : high quality plastic coat outside , stainless steel inside

1. Drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier.

Installed at the head or middle of drinking line.
5.Hanging system
Proper height is very important for healthy growth of chicken and the height
is adjustable .
3) Control system:
Feed of poultry raising farm is stored in the silo, so as to save large account of feed, and also to ensure the good condition of feed. Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to the daily consumption and the size of silo. Materials of silo consist of galvanized sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic.
