Description:

Wishpower specializes in producing of insulators for drop-out fuses many years and has rich experience. The products have passed the relevant tests in accordance with the standard IEEE C37.41 strictly. 

Polymer cutouts are available in 12-15.5 kV, 24-27 and 33-38 kV kV voltage ratings. Polymer Type L cutouts are available with a 100 A or 200 A fuseholder or with a 300 A disconnect blade.

Polymer-insulated and porcelain Type L cutouts have been tested to, and meet or exceed all requirements set forth by IEEE Std C37.41™ and IEEE Std C37.42™ standards.

Features:

1.The composite insulator rod we use that is from brother company Taporel Electrical (State Grid UHV recommended FRP rod manufacturer); It strictly implemented related standard IEC 61109-2008,ANSI C29.13-2012,GB/T 19519-2014.
2.We have done a lot of optimization and improving work on the outer insulating shed and housing of the composite insulator, also used it in production.
3.Both the middle and end fittings adopt the forging process. Compared with the conventional cast fittings, the mechanical properties are more stable, and avoided internal casting defects and invisible cracks .
